Can parents link multiple child profiles to one account?

Yes. The Parent Portal supports multiple linkages. During registration or via account settings, you can enter the student registration IDs and school tokens to bind profiles to your dashboard.

How do teachers export grades?

Within the Marks Entry module, teachers can download grading matrices as PDF scorecards or CSV spreadsheets for external records and board filings.

Who has access to the Platform Admin portal?

The Platform Admin login is strictly reserved for our internal service engineers and database monitoring teams. It is not open to public or institutional users.
